Refund Policy

1. Cooling-Off Period

You are entitled to a full refund within 48 hours of booking, provided that no coaching session has yet been delivered. To exercise this right, email info@beldoncoaching.co.uk from the address used at booking. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within five working days.

2. Once Sessions Have Begun

If sessions have begun, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis. The pro-rata refund is the programme fee less (a) the per-session value of any sessions already delivered, and (b) a 15% administration retention to cover scheduling, materials, and preparation already completed.

3. Per-Session Value

Per-session value is calculated by dividing the total programme fee by the total number of sessions in the programme. For example, on the Managing Upwards Programme (£285, 5 sessions), each session is valued at £57.

4. Written Deliverables

Any written deliverables already produced for you (scorecards, frameworks, playbooks, plans) will be provided to you at the point of refund regardless of the refund calculation, as they have been personalised to your situation.

5. Programme Pauses

A pause of up to 30 days is available once per programme at no cost. Pauses do not extend refund eligibility windows.

6. Late Cancellations

Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled once at no cost. Subsequent late cancellations are treated as delivered for refund calculation purposes.

7. Direct Debit Guarantee

Where you have paid via BACS Direct Debit, the Direct Debit Guarantee operated by Pay.UK applies in addition to the refund rights set out above. You can request a full and immediate refund from your bank under the Guarantee at any time. Full details are on the BACS Direct Debit Terms page.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including the 14-day right to cancel distance contracts (which may be waived where you have requested services to begin during the cancellation period).

9. Disputes

Refund disputes should be raised first by email and, if unresolved, escalated through the Complaints Procedure.

10. Refund Method

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Stripe. Bank transfers may take up to 10 working days to appear depending on your bank.
