Is VAT included?

All prices shown are inclusive. No VAT is added at checkout.

Can I pay in instalments?

Programmes IV and V can be split across two BACS payments by request before booking.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The programme price is the only charge for the engagement.

What's the refund window?

Full refund within 48 hours if no sessions have been delivered. Pro-rata thereafter.

Can I move sessions?

Yes. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice at no charge.
