Beldon Coaching is committed to ensuring this website is accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability, technology, or device. I aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across the site.

2. What I Do to Support Accessibility

• Use semantic HTML so the structure of pages is clear to assistive technologies
• Provide sufficient colour contrast across the editorial palette
• Make all interactive elements keyboard-navigable
• Provide alternative text for meaningful images
• Avoid auto-playing audio or video
• Support browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or function
• Use clear, plain English in legal pages and instructions where possible

4. How to Report Accessibility Issues

Please email info@beldoncoaching.co.uk with the subject line "Accessibility" and describe the issue, the page it occurs on, and the assistive technology or browser you are using. I aim to respond within 5 working days.

If any part of this website is inaccessible to you, you can still engage the practice by emailing info@beldoncoaching.co.uk. I am happy to walk through programme details, pricing, and booking by email or by phone where preferred.

6. Coaching Delivery Accessibility

Coaching sessions are delivered via secure video. Captioning, transcript provision, and alternative formats can be arranged by request at no additional cost. Please raise any access requirements at the discovery call stage so the engagement can be set up appropriately for you.

7. Enforcement

The Equality and Human Rights Commission is responsible for enforcing the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018. While Beldon Coaching is a private-sector practice and not directly subject to those Regulations, I voluntarily commit to the same WCAG 2.1 AA standard.
