Programme I

Leadership Snapshot

The Leadership Snapshot is the entry point to my practice. A single 75-minute session designed to give you an honest, structured view of where you currently stand on the four pillars of senior leadership.

We work through a self-assessment framework I've developed over years of coaching. At the end of the session, you receive a 10-point Leadership Development Scorecard — your current position on each pillar, the two highest-priority development areas, and a recommendation on which of the four longer programmes (if any) would serve you best.

Many clients book the Snapshot as a first step. Some book it as a standalone diagnostic. Others book it every 12-18 months as a career development checkpoint. It is complete in itself. There is no obligation to proceed further.

What you receive

  • 75-minute structured coaching session
  • 10-point Leadership Development Scorecard
  • Written summary of session findings
  • Recommended next-step guidance

Book the Executive Presence Intensive →

Programme II

Executive Presence Intensive

Executive presence is the single most-discussed and least-defined capability in leadership. This intensive is my attempt to define it, practise it, and give you a repeatable framework for showing up in high-stakes rooms with visible authority.

The programme runs across two 90-minute sessions within a three-week window, with a self-review exercise between them. Session one establishes your current presence signature through structured self-assessment and a recorded practice exercise we review together. Session two builds your specific presence framework — the adjustments that matter for your particular context.

You leave with a personal Presence Framework document: the five adjustments most relevant to your role, when to deploy them, and how to practise them. This is not a performance — it is a developed craft.

What you receive

  • 2 × 90-minute coaching sessions
  • Recorded practice exercise with feedback
  • Personal Presence Framework document
  • Self-review video exercise

Book the Managing Upwards Programme →

Programme III

Managing Upwards Programme

Most leadership careers are won or lost in the quality of the relationships above you. Managing upwards is not corporate politics — it is the craft of being genuinely useful to the people accountable for your advancement, on their terms, without losing yourself.

This five-session programme spans seven weeks and is built around a specific methodology: stakeholder mapping, upward communication, influence without authority, and the political intelligence senior operators take for granted but rarely articulate.

Between sessions, you implement specific experiments in your current role — deliberate, small interventions designed to shift how you're perceived by senior stakeholders. We debrief these experiments in session, refine, and continue.

By programme end, you have a full Stakeholder Operating Map for your current role, a personal Upward Communication Playbook tailored to your context, and a significantly clearer sense of what the people above you actually care about and how to be genuinely useful in their world.

This is the programme clients most often describe as "the one that changed how I think about my career."

What you receive

  • 5 × 75-minute coaching sessions
  • Stakeholder Operating Map document
  • Personal Upward Communication Playbook
  • Between-session implementation protocols

Book the Leadership Accelerator →

Programme IV

Leadership Accelerator

The Leadership Accelerator is the core programme of my practice — a ten-week engagement designed for managers at the specific inflection point between mid-management and senior leadership.

Nine 75-minute sessions, scheduled approximately weekly, cover all four pillars of senior leadership: executive presence, managing upwards, leadership communication, and decision-making under pressure. Unlike the shorter programmes which focus on a single pillar, the Accelerator integrates all four into a coordinated development arc.

The programme opens with a comprehensive assessment: a full 360-style self-audit, a values and strengths inventory, and a structured review of the leadership contexts you operate in. This establishes a personalised development curriculum for the remaining eight sessions — unique to your situation, not a pre-packaged course.

Throughout the ten weeks you work with a Decision Framework Toolkit I've developed — structured approaches to the specific types of decisions senior leaders face. Between sessions you apply these in real situations and we refine them against actual results.

By programme end, you have a complete personal leadership operating system — your own executive presence framework, your own upward operating map, your own communication playbook, and your own decision-making toolkit. These are documents you will return to for the rest of your career.

What you receive

  • 9 × 75-minute coaching sessions
  • Full leadership assessment suite
  • 360-style self-audit document
  • Decision Framework Toolkit
  • Integrated personal leadership portfolio

Book the Senior Leader Preparation Track →

Programme V

Senior Leader Preparation Track

The Senior Leader Preparation Track is the deepest engagement available in my practice. It is designed for managers actively preparing for board-level, director-level, or C-suite roles within the next 12-18 months.

Fifteen 75-minute coaching sessions unfold over five months, alongside an integrated development curriculum covering everything in the Accelerator and extending substantially further into areas that only become relevant at senior levels: board communication, executive decision-making under genuine scarcity, organisational politics at the senior tier, leading other leaders, and the identity work that senior leadership actually requires.

The programme opens with a multi-session discovery and assessment phase, followed by five months of structured development work with spaced application windows. At the three-month mark there is a formal mid-programme review. The track concludes with a board-readiness assessment and a full post-programme review session scheduled six weeks after the final session — designed to be completed after you've had time to apply the work in real senior situations.

You leave with a complete Executive Development Plan — a living document specifying exactly where you stand against senior leadership capability, the specific work that remains, and the progression route you will follow. Many clients of this track reach their target senior role within 6-18 months of programme completion. Some take longer. All of them have something they did not have before: a clear, honest, structured account of what leadership at that level actually demands.

What you receive

  • 15 × 75-minute coaching sessions
  • Full multi-session discovery and assessment
  • Complete Executive Development Plan
  • Board-readiness assessment
  • Post-programme review session (week 6 after completion)
