This Privacy Policy explains how Beldon Coaching ("the practice", "I", "my") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you visit beldoncoaching.co.uk or engage with my coaching services. Beldon Coaching is operated as a sole trader by Swagat Tharu in the United Kingdom and complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003.

Your personal data is used solely to provide, schedule, and improve the coaching services you have engaged me for, to respond to your enquiries, to comply with my legal and tax obligations, and where you have consented, to send you occasional written communications about my practice. I do not sell or rent your data.
I share personal data only with the following processors, all of which are GDPR-compliant:
I will only share data with third parties beyond these where I have your explicit consent, where required by law, or where strictly necessary to protect the vital interests of an individual.
Some of my processors (such as Stripe and Google) may transfer data outside the UK. Where this occurs, transfers are made under UK-approved safeguards, including the UK International Data Transfer Agreement and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum.
Coaching session notes and written deliverables are retained for 24 months following the conclusion of an engagement, after which they are securely deleted unless you request earlier deletion. Financial records are retained for 6 full tax years as required by HMRC. Enquiry correspondence that does not result in an engagement is deleted within 12 months.

Personal data is held on encrypted devices and within reputable cloud services protected by multi-factor authentication. Access is restricted to me alone. I have no employees with access to your data.
