BACS Direct Debit is a UK bank-to-bank payment method operated by Pay.UK that allows authorised payments to be collected from your bank account. Payments to Beldon Coaching via BACS are processed by Stripe Payments UK Ltd, who act as the Service User on my behalf.

The Direct Debit Guarantee
This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, Stripe Payments UK Ltd will notify you 3 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request Stripe Payments UK Ltd to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit by Stripe Payments UK Ltd or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when Stripe Payments UK Ltd asks you to.
You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
A Direct Debit is set up at the point of booking via Stripe's secure checkout. You will be asked to provide your bank account details, which are submitted directly to Stripe. I do not see, store, or have access to your bank details at any point.
By submitting your bank details at checkout, you authorise Stripe Payments UK Ltd to collect the agreed programme fee from your account in accordance with the Direct Debit instructions you provide. You will receive an email confirmation of the Direct Debit setup, including the amount, date, and reference.
You will receive advance notification of any payment at least 3 working days before it is collected. For one-time programme payments this notification is provided at the time of booking. There are no recurring Direct Debit collections — every programme is a single payment.
You may cancel a Direct Debit at any time by contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify me at info@beldoncoaching.co.uk so I can update my records and stop any further service delivery as appropriate.
If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit by Stripe Payments UK Ltd or by your bank, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund from your bank under the Direct Debit Guarantee. This is independent of, and additional to, the refund rights set out in my Refund Policy.
If you make an indemnity claim under the Direct Debit Guarantee in respect of a payment that was, in fact, properly authorised and due, I reserve the right to invoice you separately for the unpaid amount and to suspend service delivery until the matter is resolved.
Disputes regarding Direct Debit payments should first be raised with your bank under the Guarantee. Disputes that cannot be resolved through that route may be escalated to the Financial Ombudsman Service (financial-ombudsman.org.uk) or to me via the Complaints Procedure.
Bank account information collected for Direct Debit purposes is processed by Stripe Payments UK Ltd under their privacy policy and the relevant UK data protection law. I do not retain any bank data.
